Founded in 2017 and born out of the love of chucking axes, MODERN VIKING AXE is a family operated, fully mobile axe throwing and archery range that comes to your location of choice in the Greater Salt Lake Valley area. Need us to travel further? We can do that too.*
We are Utah's largest mobile axe throwing range and the first International Axe Throwing Federation (IATF) approved mobile unit in Utah, now offering up to 4 axe targets, 4 archery targets, and two Mjölnir Slá stumps. Our unique set up also makes us the most versatile and flexible for your location. We have set up inside gymnasiums, indoor basketball courts, on driveways, the grass at parks, company parking lots, inside the Salt Palace, the Mountain America Expo center, and many other venues that do not allow direct vehicle access. Having said that, if we will be setting up anywhere that is a difficult to reach or an unpaved location, we will need to know before hand, and it may require a special quote. We are happy to talk through the details with you.
